Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Authority CRM. By creating a workspace, you're agreeing to them.

The service

Authority CRM provides software to manage contacts, jobs, quotes, invoices, and customer communication for home service businesses. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for how you and your team use the AI agent, including the messages it's configured to send to your customers.

Your data

You own the data you put into Authority CRM -- your contacts, jobs, quotes, and invoices. We store it on your behalf and don't use it for anything other than providing the service to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Authority CRM to send unsolicited spam, harass anyone, or violate applicable law -- this includes text and email messaging regulations that apply to your business communications.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll do our best to give notice of material changes.
