Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Authority CRM collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing website and to the Authority CRM application itself.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and the business information you enter (contacts, jobs, quotes, invoices, and messages you send or receive through the app). If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you provide. We do not sell or share this information with data brokers or advertisers.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service you signed up for: storing your business data, sending the messages you configure your AI agent to send, and providing support when you ask for it. We don't sell your data or your customers' data to third parties, ever.

Where it's stored

Application data is stored with Supabase, a hosted Postgres database provider, with row-level access controls so that one workspace can never see another workspace's data.

Your choices

You can delete your workspace entirely at any time from Settings. If you'd like a copy of your data before you do, or want us to handle a deletion request for you, contact us and we will.
